why has the person that sold him the cocaine not been charged it said it was a combination of both that killed him legaly both partys are lieable
It allegedly was the same person. They must only have enough evidence for the one charge.
It is unclear what took place. From what I understand, Leah told police that cocaine was delivered to her door. I guess that was not important enough? I still do not know the details of what transpired that evening. Now that charges have been laid I wont know the details yet because its an open investigation.
