If Dr Doran thinks this is going to make me quiet he is crazy ! We still have not tackled the diversion aspect as well as many recommendations from the Ministers working group . We have only scratched the surface of this issue. Doesn’t surprise me that he feels this way though . Drugs seem to be his answer for everything .
